helloBODY RESET is a women-only wellness and movement experience taking place on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at Park View Event Space, Woodstock, Cape Town.
Choose your reset: The Soft Power Reset (09:00–12:00) or The Stronger Together Reset (14:00–17:00). Each three-hour experience combines intention setting, breathwork, somatic reset, movement, connection and a cool-down, with access to The Reset Market.
Your ticket includes a welcome drink, Reset Kit, full three-hour programme and take-home goody bag. VIP guests also receive access to the Reset Refreshment Lounge.
